You are His Child! October 12, 2026

Good morning! I hope you are all doing so well! Let's jump into this cuz I've got something to say...

WE ALL HAVE THE WORDS OF OUR PROPHET AND THE APOSTLES IN OUR HANDS NOW!!! You can now go read every conference talk and listen to it over and over again and I need ALL of you to do that because our Heavenly Father is trying to talk to you. In every single talk this past conference there was a theme... its the same theme as always:

You are God's Child and He wants you to be happy.

Its the same message He has been teaching us since before the earth began.

This is why Christ came to earth, this is why His Gospel was restored, this is why we have the Priesthood, the power to seal families, and Covenants and Ordinances.

Because we are God's Children and He wants us to be happy!

This is the first great truth of all Eternity! Our Heavenly Father loves US with all of HIS heart and all of HIS might and all of HIS mind and HIS strength!

So why on earth is it so hard for us to believe that?

And we can be so frustrated with ourselves sometimes. Like of "course God loves me, I know that..." or "...He sent His Son for me just to provide a way back for me..."
We can say it, we can even believe it.

Satan does not want us to feel it.

Satan likes to tell us: "Yeah keeping the Commandments is good, but when you're not perfect at it you're mine now."

That. Is. Not. TRUE.

THAT WILL NEVER BE TRUE.

We belong to a loving Heavenly Father.

So why is it so hard to believe sometimes?
And why is this life so hard?
Why are some of the hardest things of this life just simply the battles we fight within ourselves?

I believe our Heavenly Father knows that this greatest truth is the hardest to comprehend... He knows we struggle with it. There's a wall to break down within ourselves before we allow ourselves to bask in this truth.

Heavenly Father knows when we have to fight for knowledge of this then it means so much more to us. The gift of knowing ABOUT His love is precious. He knows that. We will all eventually get beyond that wall. And Satan will try to tear us down as he builds brick by brick...

Our God is so much bigger than a brick wall.

Do yall remember the talk by Hutch U. Fale?

No? Thats okay here's the link:

Okay now you are an expert on this talk!

We all know the best part is when he is talking about his love for his children...
This is what he said:

"I then asked, “As of the date of this picture, what had you done to earn our love?” They lowered their eyes and said, “Nothing.” I asked them to look up and said, “You are right. You did nothing to earn our love. By that same token, there is nothing you can ever do that will unearn or remove that love from you. You did not earn it; you cannot lose it. It is yours forever.”"

Let's go over that again but I'm gonna change it a little bit and you gotta read it like your Heavenly Father is saying it to you... He is!

"You did nothing to earn MY love. By that same token, there is nothing you can ever do that will unearn or remove MY love from you. You did not earn it; you cannot lose it. It is yours forever.”"

He is your Father. You are His. You could never belong more to anyone else than you belong to Him.

Now imagine me standing in front of you and grabbing you by the shoulders and shaking you like a snow globe to really help that sink into your brain.

Kick down the wall in your head.

I boldy testify that you are a beloved Child of God.

Okay I'm also out here being a missionary in Peru so here's a bit about my week! ⬇️

I am training a brand new missionary! La Hermana Molina de Peru! 🇵🇪 In other words the Lord is Spoiling me rotten because she is just the best! Also my Spanish is about to skyrocket! I'll see y'all on the moon... I'll be the one speaking Spanish👍

We have already seen so many miracles. Her first day en la obra I was teaching her how to contact in public which was so fun. Shout-out to Hermana Bulkeley.
And later we were public contacting near the park and gave out folletos... later on one of the people we contacted TEXTED US (miracle) and said he had just had a very hard day when we gave him a folleto and he thought that was a very divine coincidence and he wants to learn more.
Oh. My. Goodness.
Christmas came early. How amazing is that?!

Shortly after we met him we were lead completely by the Spirit to the house of an Hermana who had been feeling so lonely throughout the day... we knocked on her door and she knew her prayers were answered. When she shared that with us I was just filled with so much love for her, from Heavenly Father. I'm spoiled rotten out here.

Last transfer we had a friend named Luis and he was going to get baptized but then he didn't come to his baptism and it broke my heart because he was just SO ready.
Well...
Tuesday we had one last lesson with him, with a member, so Hermana Sherrod could say goodbye because transfers. We read a part of the Book of Mormon and he shared his testimony with us. The member said:
"You know this is true. What's stopping you from getting baptized?"
He looked at her... then he looked at me and said: "Nothing"
Then our member friend took out her Calendar and said "What day? Sunday?"
And he said "Sure!"

So we dunked him last night. 🌊

He's had a hard life. He's been through so much. I have seen the weight of hard things on this man's shoulders.

He is just different now.

He had so many worries right before his baptism to the point that I had the bishop and the Elders ready to give him a blessing of comfort after his baptism.

But then he received the Gift of the Holy Ghost. I think I am going to call this gift "The Gift of Joy" for the rest of my life now because he is just DIFFERENT now. After the baptism he felt so good he completely forgot he even wanted a Priesthood blessing. The rest of the night he texted us begging us to let him know if there is anyone in the ward he could serve because he just wants to keep feeling the Spirit like this.

I can't believe I'm here. I can't believe how blessed I am. I can't believe I got to witness this change of heart in someone.

Alma 26:16

Now I want to remind everyone reading this... after baptism, the Sacrament is just like a baptism all over again as we remember our promises each week.

This gift of joy, this change and this new life is all yours. Every week. You can be like Luis. Remember your promises... they are all right there in the prayer.

As we were teaching Luis these past couple months we would usually end our conversations with "AND READ YOUR LIBRO!" (He grew up in the States and speaks fluent English)

So just like we did for Luis... this is your remind to "READ YOUR LIBRO" and dive into The Book of Mormon. If you haven't read much lately, don't you fret. You can read RIGHT NOW! ⬇️

(You have no excuse. The link is right there. 😉)

Okay I hope you all enjoyed my novel/lecture. This is the most English I have touched all week. I'm so freaking blessed. Prayer works. You should try it sometime!

I love you and miss you all so much!

"AND READ YOUR LIBRO!"
